Warranty
Congratulations! for purchasing a quality product form RAKSUN and showing your confidence in us. At our end we try the best to maintain harmonious and healthy relations with our customers before and after selling our usable smart electronic products. Hence it is desired from our customers to follow the below given terms and conditions.
1. Delivery of the product or the products will be made through the nearest distributors. After receiving the product, customer should log the call with us—————————-or contact us by email, or toll free number————— in order to get support ticket or the number of the same, within 2/3 days. Once we receive your response, our technician shall come to your place, at the earlier availability to install the product and train you to have an enjoyable long lasting services of the product. The installation and training charges will be Rupees 350/- per unit, to be paid by the customer.
2. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check the seal of the package at the time of delivery.
3. Customer should avoid unsealed or half sealed or tampered seal package.
4. After receiving the product in a securely sealed condition, customer should not open/tamper the seal of the package, otherwise the warranty stands null and void. It is only our technician who will unseal the package in your presence.
5. The warranty period is mentioned on the respective product’s warranty card.
6. Though every product is remitted to the customer after stringent checking from our quality and marketing divisions, despite this, if any problem arises during the warranty period, customer should inform to the customer service center through our toll free number.
7. If possible the problem may be shoot out or eradicated through toll free number, but the user should not try to eradicated problem on his own or take help from personnel not authorized by the company. In such case the warranty stands null and void.
8. If the customer service center finds a major problem or necessity to replace any part, customer will have to take product to the nearest service center at his own cost.
9. There will be no charges for the replacement of any part during the warranty period.
10. The warranty period stands null and void,
A) Restricted apps like games etc. are installed.
B) Any attempt of modification of the product.
C) Repaired or attempt to repair by person other than authorized by the company.
D) Attempted or accidental, Physical damage like dropping down or hitting the product as such.
E) Improper supply of electricity to the product, to avoid this customer is advised to use voltage regulator and proper earthlings.
F) Loss or damage due to natural calamity.
